Easy Ground Work – Hatha Yoga Flow 1

This mat based hatha flow is gentle and perfect for a “lazy” yoga day. Diane leads you through a gently active sequence that awakens your body without any strain, leaving you calm and refreshed. Duration: 43 min

Benefits: increased flexibility, increased breathing capacity, opens the hips and releases tension from the lower back, relieves symptoms of sciatica, eases neck and shoulder tension

Contraindications: if you have any pronounced neck or lumbar region injury be mindful during this practice and go at your own pace
