Dagmar Spremberg is an Anusara Inspired 500 E-RYT yoga teacher and the founder and director of Montezuma Yoga in Costa Rica.

In these Vinyasa Flow classes she is accompanied by Daniel Gautschi, playing the beautiful melodies of the Hang drum, a very unique, handmade instrument created in Switzerland. Daniel has been living in Costa Rica for over 20 years and is well known as an artist.
