Above, Amanita Muscaria . Just when I started learning about yoga a wonderfull mushroom started to grow outside the door where I was staying. Look for the squirrel... a quick flash of a squirrel, facing left, can be seen.

I've neglected to do a Vlog since the end of the fast. I'm now back in Canada enjoying the summer. I have a touch of reverse culture shock (I love perspective shifts!) and enjoying the weather and high speed internet!
Now begins the transition from fasting in Thailand, to working and eating in eastern Canada. I've been eating all the same foods I would have eaten... well, minus the sugars.
But, my portions have been small and my perception of what I eat is still sharp (water fast do that).
