Full classes in Hatha, Meditation, Pranayama, Kundalini, Sivananda are offered.

Most of our classes are Hatha classes led by Dr. Melissa West from her series called “Namaste Yoga”. If you wish to have support and motivation during your yoga practice, we highly recommend joining Dr. Melissa West at her website where she hosts a community of yoga practitioners.

Our Meditation and Pranayama sections offer introductions and practices that will permit you to go further than just doing the physical yoga exercices.

We also have a small selection of classes from other forms of yoga such as Kundalini Yoga and Sivananda Yoga
