I love your website and fasting videos. I myself have now started the third one (this time a longer) and want to be on a 10 day fast.
We have on FB a fanpage *Friends for water fasting* and it is really great that this is being taken serious. (not many friends yet there but it has just started a few weeks ago).
Anyway, great videos and they shall keep me going till the –> end of the 10 days:) PS I am on Day One.
